For this reason, all Wall AG employees receive special in-house training and follow detailed guidelines for the performance of maintenance and cleaning routines.

All Wall AG products are equipped with advanced monitoring technologies. Equipment malfunctions are reported by telephone, scanner and modem. A 24-hour hotline ensures that all required repair work is undertaken without delay. The result? Our products are always in mint condition.

We constantly strive to improve standards in all of our activities. For this reason we have developed a barcode-based quality-assurance system. This system renders employee activities – including posting, maintenance, cleaning and repair – transparent, allowing potentials for improvement to be identified. The heart of the system is a database that lists all outdoor facilities, both with and without advertising surfaces. The system collects and evaluates comprehensive data concerning these facilities. It also features details and dates for booked advertising campaigns; a data-gathering function for incidents of damage or malfunction; lighting controls; a repair-management function; and allows for the tracking of window-pane replacement.
